DESCRIPTION:\n \n\n\n\nFrom February 10, 2022\n\n\n\nThe Board of Directors has become aware of an individual trying to get plans approved to build a fueling station directly across from the Lake Shore community main entrance, off of Highway 30. From what we understand, City of Port Wentworth has asked the person that is planning to build the fueling station to gauge community interest before they will approve the plans.\n\n\n\nBelow is some information regarding the plans, from the owner of that property. Additionally, contact information for the owner is listed below so that you can contact him directly with any questions regarding his plans.
