This historic moment shows the commitment of the city to provide enhanced services to the residents. The park is over 150 acres and will accommodate the following:\n\n\n\n\nTwo entrances at Monteith/Meinhard Road and Highway 30\n\n\n\nFour full-sized football and soccer (multi-use) fields\n\n\n\nFour tennis & eight pickleball courts\n\n\n\nA dog park\n\n\n\nA skatepark\n\n\n\nCovered outdoor basketball\n\n\n\nGym nasium- to include two indoor basketball courts, locker rooms, restrooms, concessions, fitness center, offices, and potentially a daycare area\n\n\n\nBaseball, Softball and Tee-ball fields\n\n\n\nBatting cages\n\n\n\nYouth baseball fields\n\n\n\nFarmer’s Market Building/ Food Truck area\n\n\n\nStage and Amphitheater\n\n\n\nConcessions/Restrooms\n\n\n\nSplashpad playground\n\n\n\nPlayground\n\n\n\nMulti-use Trail System\n\n\n\nHistoric Farm site and community gardens\n\n\n\n\n*Please note the location is in a field behind the home at 468 Montieth Rd, signs will be posted.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
