DESCRIPTION:It is very important that HOA members attend the HOA General Meetings. While these meetings are largely informational in nature, there are opportunities for HOA members to ask questions, make suggestions and speak their mind.\nThe General Meetings are for all HOA residents and homeowners.\nResidents of St Augustine’s Way, Millie Court, from 41 through 94 Roseberry Circle, 29 through 42 Amber Drive, 64 through 87 Braxton Manor Drive, 8 through 20 Millie Lane, and 7 through 20 Milsbury Lane do NOT reside within the Lake Shore HOA. If residents of these homes have a concern, they should raise this with West Chatham Management. Residents of these homes are permitted to attend the Lake Shore HOA General Meetings, but the HOA has no authority over their landlords as these dwellings were specifically kept out of the the Lake Shore HOA by the owners of the houses.\n
