This web site is not maintained or owned by the Lake Shore Homeowners Association, the Lake Shore Homeowners Association, Board, or Lanier, the Lake Shore Homeowners Association, Management Company. As such, community events put on by the Lake Shore Homeowners Association,  will only be added to the Community Calendar if, and when, the Lake Shore Homeowners Association, Inc. Board announce these events.

The forms offered here, as well as the documents, are the forms and documents in offered on the Lake Shore Homeowners Association, official website up to January 28th, 2020. If legitimately updated versions of these documents and forms are made available to the Lake Shore Homeowners Association,  community, they will be made available as soon as is practicable.
