Lake Shore offers many amenities to our residents. We have a clubhouse, available for rental; a swimming pool, with kiddie pool; a 14 acre lake, and a pond; two playgrounds with equipment, one located beside the clubhouse and the other on Chestnut Circle. As well, we have many areas of common property that residents are free to enjoy. The common property cannot be utilized in such a way as to deny other residents its use, and you must remove all equipment and trash after you have finished enjoying the areas.
