HOA Swimming Pool Open
The community pool will open for the season on Saturday, April 30, 2022.
The pool will be open seven days a week, from 8am-8pm. Please keep in mind that access to the pool is granted through the pool gate card reader system. Your account balance must be paid in full for your card to be active. If you are a homeowner that leases their home, please note that if you have an outstanding balance, your tenant will not be able to access the pool until the balance is paid in full.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:
If you are a new homeowner and need a pool access card, please email the Lanier office at LakeShore@LanierAssociationManagement.com so that they can program a card for you and arrange a pick up date. Replacements of lost or damaged cards are available at an additional cost. Sending your request via email will help keep the requests organized and act as a filing cabinet for follow up communications. Only one pool access card will be issued/activated per household.
Please do not stop by the office of Lanier Management regarding a pool access card unless you have a previously arranged appointment as our representatives work remotely several days each week and are available by appointment only.
If during pool season, you have confirmed issues with your pool card, please email the Lanier team with your name, property address, and a photo of your access card, so that they can take a look in the system and troubleshoot. Again, please do not visit the Lanier Management office for assistance without a previously arranged appointment.
