Town Hall Meeting – Gas Station, 7500 sq ft Convenience and Separate Retail Store – Mr Patel

The Board of Directors has become aware of an individual trying to get plans approved to build a fueling station directly across from the Lake Shore community main entrance, off of Highway 30. From what we understand, City of Port Wentworth has asked the person that is planning to build the fueling station to gauge community interest before they will approve the plans.

Below is some information regarding the plans, from the owner of that property. Additionally, contact information for the owner is listed below so that you can contact him directly with any questions regarding his plans. Photos of his plans are also attached.

The site will offer EV Charging Stations, ON Road Diesel & OFF Road Diesel, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), Marine Fuel (boats) Recreational non ethanol fuel as well as 87, 89 & 93 octane fuels, Thank you for your support!  Your support is appreciated.

A Town Hall meeting will be set up in the near future so all can come and hear from Mr. Patel and further understand the plans, while giving thoughts and opinions to Mr. Patel directly.

Good morning, Lake Shore!

As a follow up to the message prior, we wanted to let you know that a Q & A and Informational Meeting has been scheduled regarding this potential fueling station.

Per Mr. Patel, this meeting will be held at City of Port Wentworth, City Hall Building, on August 16, 2022 at 6:30pm.

Please feel free to attend to obtain additional information as well as ask any questions you may have of the owner of the proposed fueling station.
