Lanier recently activaed a new web portal at Frontsteps. Owners of lots in the Lake Shore HOA can register on this portal and download the Lake Shore HOA documents and forms which are also available on this website on the Documents and Forms pages. Registered owners  can also make payments of dues and fines via this portal, rather than mail inor or hand deliver  a check to Lanier's offices. The documents and Forms can also be accessed via the link under the Resources tab. This does not require you to register or sign in. (The 2020 Pool registration form available on this portal is not required for use of the pool if you have, or have had, a pool key.)
